The Gaiam Anti-Burst 52 CM Balance Ball is a latex-free ball specially designed for the Gaiam Balance Ball Chair. This official chair ball promotes proper spinal alignment and increases core strength when used with the chair. It is perfect for core workouts and stretching routines when used alone. The ball is available in a variety of colors and is exclusively made to fit the Gaiam balance ball chair.

This 52cm Balance Ball is the official ball for Gaiam Classic Balance Ball Chair models, including Backless chairs. It can be used as an extra or replacement ball (Chair NOT included).

By using the same ball as the exercise guide, this chair helps to boost energy levels, build a healthier core, align the spine, relieve back pain and stiffness, and increase productivity with an active body and a focused mind.

The ball is designed for users who are 5' to 5'11" tall and fits most standard-height desks. For taller individuals, Gaiam's compatible leg extenders (sold separately) can be added to increase the height by 2 inches. The ball has a weight capacity of 300 pounds.

To perform core workouts and stretching routines, the balance ball can be removed from the chair. This helps to reduce nerve compression and allows for a more effective workout.

For the perfect fit, it may be necessary to re-inflate the ball once or twice after the initial inflation to stretch it to its final size. Inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it by 50%, and then fill it again to a height of 52cm.
